Dina Fadl was arbitrarily arrested on September 27, 2019 in Ramses in Cairo governate amidst the events of September 20, 2019. She was forcibly disappeared until she appeared before the prosecution on October 5, 2019 under case No. 1413 of 2019, Supreme State Security . She was charged with participating in a terrorist group to achieve its goals, broadcasting and spreading false news, abusing social media, and participating in an unauthorized demonstration.
