Hayam Khalf was arrested amidst the events of September 20, 2019 and was forcibly disappeared until she appeared before the prosecution on 9/28/19 under case No. 1413 of 2019, Supreme State Security . She was charged with participating in a terrorist group to achieve its goals, broadcasting and spreading false news, abusing social media, and participating in a demonstration without a permit. She was imprisoned under investigation. She was released on parole on 2/15/20. Violations she was subjected to: enforced disappearance for days.
