Gamila Saber was arrested in the Al Sayda Aisha area while traveling to Moqatem on February 27, 2019. She was forcibly disappeared for 4 days before being presented before the prosecution under case No. 1739 of 2018, Supreme State Security . She was accused of involvement in a terrorist group to achieve its goals, and using social media accounts to broadcast false news. The prosecution ordered her to be detained pending investigations and is still renewing it. – Violations: – Enforced disappearance for 4 days – she was deprived of health care, as epilepsy treatment was prevented for more than a month and a half. The severity of epileptic seizures and their duration increased because of this, and when she started receiving treatment after this, her condition did not improve due to poor conditions of detention – prevented from visits and other means of communication for months starting from the corona crisis.
