The Police Station of Second Ismailia arrested Radwa Ali(while still a minor) and four other girls on the third day of Eid al-Adha while distributing balloons to passers-by on October 17, 2013. She was detained under case No. 4008 for 2013, the second Ismailia administrative in the Second Ismailia division, and then obtained a release on 30 October 2013. She was sentenced on 19 November 2015 to one year’s imprisonment with a suspension.
