Fatima AlSayed was arrested on June 28, 2017, following the arrest of her 16-year-old son in May 2017. Her son was forcibly disappeared for two months, and during this time an unknown person called her and told her to come to pick up her son. So, she went and she was arrested on July 2, 2017 under case No. 4840 for 2017, Al Ajuza Administration. The prosecution ordered her imprisonment pending investigation and continued to renew her until she obtained a bail of 2,000 pounds on June 13, 2018 and was released on July 3, 2018. – Violations she suffered: – Enforced disappearance for days – intransigence in the implementation of the decision to release her, as she was illegally detained for 20 days before being released.
