Omnia Al-Zahir Mansour

Omnia Al-Zahir was arrested in her home in Aswan on November 25, 2014, because she and 4 others placed glue adhesive in the credit card slot on the keyboard of some bank ATMs, disrupting about 5 machines and preventing citizens from depositing their salaries and payments. She was investigated by the prosecution on November 28, 2014 under case No. 6601 and 8525 for 2014, First Aswan Administration, registered under number 6 for 2015, Partial Aswan. She was charged with joining a terrorist group and vandalizing ATMs of the Housing and Reconstruction Bank. The prosecution ordered her imprisonment pending investigations. She was released on 1/27/15.
