Mariam Mohamed was arrested on 15 January 2014 from Roxy Square after being injured with a cartridge in her foot and facial injuries. She was imprisoned and transferred to Al-Qanater prison, where she remained a prisoner until she obtained a medical release on bail of 2,000 pounds on March 1, 2014.
