Ibrahim Mahmoud was arrested on September 29, 2019 as a minor amidst the events of September 20. He was forcibly disappeared until he appeared before the prosecution on October 1, 2019 under case No. 1338 of 2019, Supreme State Security . He was charged with participating in a terrorist group in achieving its purposes, broadcasting and spreading false news, abusing social media, and participating in a demonstration without a permit. The prosecution ordered his detention investigations. He was released on October 15, 2019. Violations: forced disappearance for days- prevented from visits.
