Abdullah Mahmoud was arbitrarily arrested as a minor with others on February 21, 2014 in Alexandria. They were accused of demonstrating without prior written notice, assembly, and displaying force and violence in front of the police forces with the intention of terrorizing them. They were detained pending investigations. The Child Misdemeanours Court granted him bail of 5,000 pounds on April 2, 2014 and suspended the claims under the adjudication of adult claims. He was subsequently sentenced in abstentia to two years in prison on 15 April 2015. – Violations: – He was forcibly transferred to Al Aqabiya in Cairo in March 2014, so the parents of the children gathered at Kom al Dakka.
