He obtained release on December 16, 2014, but he remained in custody as he was held in a new case known as “deportation” during the events of Kom Al-Dakka. He was remanded in custody and sentenced to two years in prison and probation on March 17, 2016. – Violations: – he was beaten and tortured in Al Raml section when he was arrested – forcibly transferred to Al Aqabiya several times – violations and beatings in the events of Kom Al-Dikka which led him to enter into a hunger strike – intransigence in allowing him to take the secondary examinations – medical negligence, as he suffers from a herniated disc, which affects his nerves, and was increased by torture. He was detained in the hospital for several days, but he wasn’t operated on because he needs a specialist and neurologist (not available in the hospital).
