Khaled El-Saeed Mostafa Ramadan Zahra

Khaled El-Saeed was arrested as a minor in front of his home in Mona al-Nasr, Daqahliya, on February 4, 2015, and was detained at The Mona Al-Nasr police station. He was forcibly disappeared for several days until he appeared as a suspect in more than one case and was detained pending investigations. He was acquitted in the four cases that he was included in, as follows: In the first case, he was accused of demonstrating. He was sentenced to one year in prison, and a fine of 20 thousand pounds in 2015, and bail of 1,000 pounds. He was acquitted on appeal on March 24, 2016. The court refused to hear the second case on June 19, 2016. In the third case, he was sentenced to two years in prison by the Belgas Juvenile Court and acquitted on appeal on March 1, 2017. He was acquitted in the last case on 10 March 2017 and released on March 18, 2018. – Violations: – Enforced disappearance for days, during which he was tortured at the Police Station of Mona nasr and his health deteriorated – he was prevented from attending the high school exams in 2016.
