Khaled Mohamed was arrested on January 25, 2014 from downtown during the third anniversary of the revolution and presented to the prosecution under case No. 1022 of 2014 misdemeanour of the Nile Palace. He was charged with assembly, show of force and violence, disrupting traffic and demonstrating without permit. He was granted bail of 10,000 pounds on January 27, 2014.
