Ahmed Ehab Farouk

Ahmed Ehab was arrested in April 2015 in Fium and forcibly disappeared for days and then appeared under case No. 3055 of 2015 on charges of possession and use of explosives and joining a terrorist group. He was detained pending investigation. He was granted bail on February 15, 2016, but then he was forcibly disappeared until he appeared as a defendant in a new protest case and was remanded in custody under investigation. He was acquitted on March 4, 2018 under case No. 12358 for 2016, Al Fayum felonies. Violations: – enforced disappearance for days – subjected to torture and elctric shock during his disappearance – intransigence in his release, resulting in him being rotated to a new case.
