Abd El-Rahman Abdullah was arrested as a minor in his home in Kafr Al-Sheikh on January 12, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. He was forcibly disappeared until he appeared before the prosecution on March 18, 2020, accused of joining a banned terrorist group under case No. 15872 for 2020, Kafr al-Sheikh first misdemeanour. He was detained pending investigation and then released on April 8, 2020.
