Ahmed Adel was arrested in his house on May 5th, 2014. He was detained for demonstration in Faiyum City and Senoures station and joining a banned group ,then he was released later. On March 8th, 2015, he was rearrested in the classroom at Senoures Al-Azhary institute. He was taken to an unknown place and charged under the military case known as the arson of Senoures transformers. He was detained on remand and sentenced to 10-year prison on July 17th, 2015.
