Amgad Mohamed was arrested for the first time in Al-Sharqiya, on March 13th, 2015. He was detained for assembly, show of force and demonstration without permit. He was sentenced to two-year prison. He applied to set aside his judgement and he was acquitted on June 1st, 2015. He was rotated (charged with new crimes), acquitted on October 10th, 2016, and hardly released on November 2nd, 2016. He was rearrested and detained on remand on February 19th, 2017 (No.longer a minor). He was sentenced to five-year prison on April 4th, 2018.
