Khaled Saad was arrested with a warrant in his house at Al-Buhaira on January 28th, 2014. He was accused of posting on Facebook, assembly, establishing an Islamic caliphate, membership in a terrorist group and inciting violence. He was presented before the State Security prosecution in the presence of his lawyer on January 29th, 2014. Then, he was detained on remand. He was acquitted on 3-thousand L.E. bail on March 5th, 2014. He was rearrested for the third time in his house on October 15th, 2015. He was forcibly disappeared for three days during which he was tortured. He was detained under case No. 13 of 2015, known in the media as Damanhour Devils Organization. He was acquitted in his presence on April 1st, 2017. He was subject to: – Enforced disappearance for three days during which he was tortured.
