Shehab Hasan was arrested in a security checkpoint on November 20th, 2015. He was detained for joining an illegally formed group and demonstration. He was sentenced to prison, then he appealed and was acquitted on May 8th, 2016. He was rearrested in a street at Abu El-Matamir, Al-Buhaira on January 21st, 2017. He was detained on remand for joining a banned group and demonstration without permit. He was released on March 1st, 2017. However, the decision was not implemented and he was rotated (charged under a new case). He was subject to:
