Abd El-Rahman Abd El-Fattah arrested amidst the day of Morsi’s trial in Algeria square in Al-Basateen on January 8th, 2014. He was filmed while possessing and publishing pictures in newspapers. He was detained under case No. 560 of 2014, Al-Basateen felonies. He was accused of joining an illegally formed group, demonstration without permit, obstruction of traffic,shouting incitements to the army and police, assembly, and arson of a police car.
