Mohamed Al-Fateh Amir Bassam

Mohamed Al-Fateh and others were arrested in Al Sharkia on February 9th, 2014. He was accused of joining a terrorist group, monitoring the movements of police officers, threatening to arson their cars, and arson of a citizen car in 10th Ramadan thinking it was the car of Colonel Isam Zain Al Abdeen. He was charged under other crimes and detained on remand. He was sentenced to three-month prison in a case, was acquitted in another case on August 10th, 2015, was sentenced to three-year prison in another case on October 31st, 2015, and was sentenced to five-year prison for car arson on May 16th, 2016. On May 13th, 2018, the appeal was dismissed. He was subject to:
