Mosab Taha and his brother were arrested in the street near Al Azam Al Kabir Mosque in Dakahlia on March 28th, 2014. They were taken to an unknown place and disappeared for 3 days. He was presented before the prosecution and was detained on remand for assaulting authorities, possessing Molotov, and joining a terrorist group. Al Mansoura Misdemeanor court ordered his detention in a foster house on December 15th, 2015. The sentence was appealed and upheld on February 12nd, 2015. It was suspended on March 16th, 2016. He was subject to:
– Detention with adult criminals.
– Solitary confinement for three months.
– Intransigence in visitations.
