Mahmoud Saeed was illegally arrested from the house with his father by the security forces in Ash-Sharqia governorate on December 11th, 2017. They were taken to an unknown place and subject to enforced disappearance for 3 days. He was appeared before Zagazig first prosecution that ordered his detention on remand, accused of joining Muslim Brotherhood and possession of printed material.
