Hoda Abd El-Hamid was arrested with her husband and daughter on April 28, 2021, after exposing the sexual and psychological abuses that her son “Abdul Rahman Al-Shuwaikh” was subjected to in Minya prison, and submitting an official report to the prosecution to investigate what happened to her son.
She was presented before the Public Prosecution on April 30, 2021, and was imprisoned in case No. 900 of 2021 Supreme State Security.
