Donia Samir was arrested on May 28th, 2022 for recording a video through which she sought help from the harassment of the governor of South Sinai, who proposed to her, but she refused. She was presented before the prosecution on May 29th, 2022 in Case No. 440 of 2022 and imprisoned pending investigation.
