Hani Salim was arrested on March 3, 2022 and was presented before Arich II prosecution in El Ismailia in case No. 1391 of 2022. The Court ordered his release in May through a bail of 5000 L.E. and it was supplied to the court treasury. However, he was not released and was subject to enforced disappearance for 4 months and was questioned about someone called “Saqr” in the state of Sinai.
Violations he suffered: Enforced disappearnce for 4 months. His clothes were taken off at the national security headquarters.
