Rehab Nabil was arrested on February 6th, 2022, and was presented before the Public Prosecution Office on February 27th, 2022, and imprisoned in Case No. 95 of 2022. The events of the case began with the circulation of a video clip of a group of men and a child in detention cell No. (4) in El Salam Police Station. The group had bruises on their bodies, which they explained that they are the result of torture at the hands of police officers in the police station. Subsequently, everyone who appeared in the video and those who circulated it were included in the case. She was sentenced to life imprisonment and included on terrorism lists, along with five years probation.
