Abeer Najid’s home in Ajami, Alexandria, was raided and she was arrested on September 25, 2018, and taken to an unknown destination. She remained under enforced disappearance until she appeared before the prosecution on January 27, 2019, charged under case No. 277 of 2019, Supreme State Security . The prosecution ordered her imprisonment under investigations and her detention is still renewed to her until now. – Violations: – enforced disappearance for months and detention at the State Security headquarters in Alexandria where she was tortured – prevented from visits and other means of communication for months starting from the Corona crisis.
