Ahmed Abd El-Fattah was arrested as a minor on September 20, 2019 amidst the events of September 20, 2019. He was forcibly disappeared until he appeared before the prosecution on October 1, 2019 under case No. 1338 of 2019, the Supreme State Security . He was charged with participating in a terrorist group in achieving its purposes, broadcasting and spreading false news, abusing social media, and participating in a demonstration without a permit. The prosecution ordered his detainment pending investigation. He was released on October 5, 2019. Violations he was subjected to: enforced disappearance for days – prevented from visits.
