Ahmed Ramadan was arbitrarily arrested as a minor, with others on December 28, 2013, in Mantaza in Alexandria. They were accused of demonstrating without prior written notice, assembly, destroying public and private property, and joining a terrorist organization in case 207 of the year 2014, the first Mantaza misdemeanours.
