Ali Alaa Fahmy, a minor, was arrested on September 27, 2019 from Mansoura in Dakahliya amidst the events of September 20. He was forcibly disappeared until he appeared before the prosecution on October 4, 2019 under case No. 1413 of 2019, Supreme State Security . He was charged with participating in a terrorist group in achieving its purposes, broadcasting and spreading false news, abusing social media, and participating in a demonstration without a permit. The prosecution ordered him to be detained pending investigation. He was released on March 21, 2020. Violations he was subjected to: enforced disappearance for days – prohibited from visits.
