Anas Abd El-Hady was arrested as a minor on March 23, 2014 during the Mantaza events from al Sa’a Square. He was presented before the prosecution, which ordered his detention under the case No. 598 of 2014, the child’s misdemeanours. On 26 November 2014, he was sentenced to two years in prison in absentia. He appealed the verdict to obtain acquittal on 27 December 2014. He was arrested again on October 23, 2015 with his friends and remanded in custody. He was arrested for the third time on April 16, 2016 from The Sidi Besher area and forcibly disappeared for 11 days and then imprisoned for two years on March 17, 2016 in the case of the events of kom al-Dakka “Deportation” (he was attached to this case during his first imprisonment) – Violations he was subjected to: He was imprisoned with two criminals who tortured him in the cell – beaten and sustained bruises and cuts in the events of Kom Al-Dakka – forcibly transferred to Al Aqabiya in June 2014 – forced disappearance for 11 days, during which he was tortured.
