Ayman Mohamed was arrested when the police raided his house at Al-Mahdia, Al-Sharkia and taken to an unknown place on April 11th, 2017. He was detained on remand for joining the Muslim Brotherhood and possession of printouts. He was acquitted on January 9th, 2018.
