Ebtisam Mesbah was arrested in the street in Bir El Abd Sinai on March 18th, 2020. She was forcibly disappeared, then she was presented before the prosecution on May 6th, 2020 in case No. 750 of 2019 Supreme State Security. She was rotated in case No. 1935 of 2021 after ordering her release. Her pre-trial detention was renewed until she was released on March 9th, 2022.
Violations she was subject to:
– Enforced disappearance for a period.
– Denial of visitation and other ways of communication for a period since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
-Rotation after ordering her release.
