Enas Fawzi’s home in Alexandria was raided and she was arrested on January 28, 2019 with two of her sons. Her sons were released, and she was imprisoned amidst case No. 606 of 2019. She was accused of promoting anti-regime publications on her page and spreading false news. Her detention is still being renewed. – Violations: – she suffered from denial of health care, as she suffered from a problem in a vertebrae and her left leg. Her condition worsened because of the poor conditions of detention. Before imprisonment, she was persistent in her treatment and was forbidden from movement and she was going to undergo an operation. However, in prison she was required to do everything for herself. A doctor requested she get a medical mattress, but the prison administration refused to allow it. – Prevented from visits and other means of communication for months starting from the Corona crisis.
