Hasan Hasan was arrested in the street at Desouk in Kafr El-Sheikh on April 26th, 2015. A record of demonstration was filed. He detained on remand for joining an illegally formed group, demonstration without permit, assembly, Show of force and violence, and obstruction of traffic. On May 26th, 2015, the court ruled that it had No.competence to pursue the claim as he was a minor. Thus, he was transferred to the Children’s court.
