On June 24, 2014, Hussein Ragab was arrested in the street in Al Buhayra, and beaten, dragged and tortured. He was charged in two cases, the bombing of the provincial building and the case of burning a police vehicle, and he was detained pending investigation. He was acquitted on November 3, 2015 in the first case of arson, and was acquittal in the second case, “2285 for 2015, Total Central Damanhour,” on December 5, 2016. He was arrested again on November 19, 2017 from his workplace in Damanhour and was forcibly disappeared for two weeks and then appeared and was remanded in custody – Violations: – He was imprisoned inside the armored vehicle for 3 hours when he was arrested, blindfolded and tied up from behind, and then taken to the department of Damanhour where the detectives tortured him to force him to confess.
