Maged Taha Hussein Ahmed Al-Sheraie

Maged Taha was arrested as a minor while performing the end-of-year exams on May 3, 2017. He was taken to an unknown destination where he remained forcibly disappeared until he appeared on November 6, 2017 and was brought before the prosecution the following day. He was ordered to be detained pending investigations. On November 14, 2017, the prosecution decided to describe the case as Misdemeanours of Emergency State Security, which carried the number 7030 Bender Beni Suef Administration, with copies of the charge of joining the group in a separate administrative record and investigation. He was released and discharged on December 22, 2017. It is noted that he was previously arrested in his home and forcibly disappeared for three days on 31 August 2015 and subsequently released – Violations: – enforced disappearance for months – prevented from completing the end-of-year exams and the exams of the second round because of his concealment – his father died while he was in prison in November 2017.
