Mohamed Abd El-Bary was arrested without a warrant in his house in Suez on September 9th, 2016. He was subject to enforced disappearance for 31 days and appeared on October 11th, 2016. He was detained under case No. 534 of 2017 Al Janayen Misdemeanor for joining ISIS. He was released on September 27th, 2018. However, there was intransigence in his release and he forcibly disappeared again on October 7th, 2018 until he appeared on November 15th, 2018. He was rotated and detained on remand. – Intransigence in his release, enforced disappearance and rotation under a new crime.
