Mohamed Hamza was arrested amidst the Banafsaj neighborhood demonstrations in the Fifth Settlement on April 3rd, 2015. He was accused of demonstration without permit, assembly, obstruction of traffic and causing disturbance. He was detained on remand then referred to the child’s court on May 12nd, 2015. He was acquitted on May 17th, 2015.
