Naima Mohamed was detained in Nasr City on January 15, 2014 after she went to Nasr City section to report the theft of her car. She was imprisoned under case No. 659 of 2014, Misdemeanor no. 1100 for 2014 on charges of assault and battery of a police officer and resisting the authorities. On March 26, 2014, she was sentenced to one year and two months in prison.
