Noha Yahya was arrested and forcibly disappeared for a period before she appeared before the Public Prosecution on October 13th, 2019, charged in Case No. 750 of 2019 Supreme State Security. The Public Prosecution ordered her detention pending trial. Her detention continued to be renewed until July 2022. On July 7th, 2022, she was rotated in Case No. 3412 of 2022 Amiriya Misdemeanor.
