Sabah Saeed was arrested on September 27, 2014, while going to see her husband at the Ismailia Court Complex, who had been arrested two days earlier. She was presented before the prosecution under case No. 3862 of 2014, registered under No. 7668 for 2015. She was charged with belonging to a terrorist group, inciting violence and possession of firearms without a license. She was imprisoned pending investigations. She was released on parole on November 6, 2014.
