Sara Ahmed’s house in Al Haram was raided and her bedroom was broken into. She was assaulted with beatings and arrested. She was taken to the Al Haram section on February 5, 2014. She was framed for participating in a suicide organization, and possession of a bag of explosives. This is after her grandfather was imprisoned for several days. She was detained pending investigations. She was granted bail of 10,000 pounds on March 5, 2014. – Violations: – She was severely beaten during her arrest – she was beaten for 4 days in the section to force her to remove her niqab – visits in the section were only one minute and only to deliver food.
