He was charged with the crimes of participating in a terrorist group to achieve its objectives, receiving financing for terrorist purposes, participating in a criminal agreement for the purpose of committing a terrorist crime, assembly and using private accounts on the internet with the pupose of committing a punishable crime to disturb public order. The prosecution ordered him to be detained pending investigations. On August 25, 2020, he was released. Violations he was subjected to: – enforced disappearance for a period – subjected to moral threat, beatings, kicked and electrocuted, in order to force him to confess to his participation in the September 20, 2019 protests.
