Yasser Mohamed was arrested in his house in Nasr City, Cairo on October 12nd, 2015. He forcibly disappeared and then he appeared before the prosecution. He was detained under case No. 699 of 2015, Supreme State Security. He was accused of demonstration without permit, then he was released on parole. The order was not implemented and he disappeared for the second time. He appeared under a third case No. 53661 of 2015 Nasr City First on December 12nd, 2015. He was detained on remand, and then released on 10-thousand L.E. bail on December 21st, 2015. He disappeared for the fourth time until he appeared before Al Marg prosecution under a new case on January 21st 2016. He was released later. In his third case, he was sentenced in absentia to two-year prison and 50-thousand L.E. fine on February 21st, 2016. He was subject to:
