Zainab Mohamed was arrested on August 17, 2018 at Cairo Airport while traveling to Beirut. Two days later, she appeared before the prosecution on the charges of spreading false news and joining. The prosecution ordered to detain her without the presence of a lawyer. She went to Al-Qanater prison and was continually renewed until she was released on precautionary measures on January 12, 2019, and the measures were subsequently cancelled on February 20, 2020. – Violations: – enforced disappearance for two days – investigated without the presence of a lawyer.
