The security forces arrested Al-Moatasem Bellah El-Sayed as a minor on June 1, 2015 in front of his house. He was taken to the first section of Mansoura and registered under record no. 10855 for 2015, first misdemeanours. He was charged with belonging to a banned group. The prosecution ordered to detain him pending investigations. He was acquitted on November 18, 2015.
