Judge Fathy Al Baiomy served as the president of terrorist circuit No. 15 of North Cairo felonies until the beginning of October 2016.
He also served as the president of Cairo Court of Appeal, and as an investigative judge in corruption cases of the Ministry of Agriculture.
In March 2015, there was an attempt to carry out an explosion in front of his house, as he was a member of the left wing in the court which acquitted Habib Al Adly.
