Noha Ahmed was arrested in an apartment in the Sixth of October, along with her husband and her brother, on August 12, 2018, on charges of attempting to blow up Mostorod Church under case No. 1251 of the 2018 Supreme State Security . She was detained for pre-trial in Al-Qanater prison. Her imprisonement was renewed for two years until she was released on July 29, 2020. Violations to which she was subjected: deprivation of visitation and other means of communication for months starting from the Corona crisis.
