Aisha Samir was arrested on November 18, 2014 while filming a report in Giza Square. She was taken to the Giza section. She was presented before the prosecution on charges of belonging to a banned group and calling for demonstrations. The prosecution ordered her to be detained pending investigations. She was released on December 8, 2014. – Violations she was subjected to: Tortured, electrocuted and hit with a chair on her head.
